It’s amazing what a difference a few small
moments of mindfulness and nurture can make in how you feel:
Instructions: Use AM and/or PM. If using in the evening, 30-60 minutes before you retire, ensure all electronics are off, and the lights are low. Better still, light your home with candlelight for a few hours before bed. Set aside 10-15 minutes undisturbed to allow yourself to be fully enveloped in aromas and energies.
- After cleansing, lightly mist the face with Preparatory Lotion. This is a serum toner to help calm and deeply hydrate the skin. The delicate essences of rose otto and frankincense soothe an active mind and support peace within.
Hyaluronic acid plumps the skin. Stand a moment, breathing deeply and allowing the mist to envelop you. This time is for you.
- Next, using 1-2 pumps of Flower Gossamer Anti-Aging Serum, gently smooth over the face and decolletage, being careful of not going too close to the eyes. This ultra-fine serum is a highly active treat for the skin – gently soothing pomegranate and rose centifolia, anti-aging peptides and restoring and nurturing Australian Kimberly Heath flower botanicals to heal and renew.
- Using 3-4 drops of Elixir – Nurture & Fortify. Rub between the fingers and then lightly press into the skin (avoiding going too close to the eyes). Take your time here – breathe deeply and feel this elixir as you treat yourself and your skin, connecting to a deeper part of yourself that is still, quiet and content.
